Today, I want to have a heart-to-heart discussion about your finances because let's face it - many of you are living paycheck to paycheck and avoiding looking at the full picture. But my friend, this head-in-the-sand approach will only lead to instability in the long run.

As a real estate coach, I've had countless conversations with agents just like you who are frustrated by unpredictable income and expenses. And you know what? I've come to realize that sometimes, our agents aren't always honest about their business and personal finances. It's time to change that.

Let me share a story with you that speaks volumes. I remember an agent when I was a Broker-In-Charge, who broke down in tears when we took a close look at her finances. For years, she avoided tracking her spending and income. It was overwhelming, and she felt ashamed. But here's the incredible part: by getting real about her numbers, Jane gained control. She installed a cash flow system into her business, created a business and personal budget and identified areas where she could cut costs. And you know what happened?
